Return Policy

Cancellation


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)


We accept product returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged shipping costs only once (including return shipping where applicable). No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returns.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, based on the chosen courier’s rates.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective items received), we will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)


If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer; refunds often take several business days to post officially.
  3. Contact your bank regarding pending refund processing times.
