How do I place my order?


To place an order:

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
  2. You may choose to check out through our website or via PayPal.
  3. If you wish to check out on our website, click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.
  4. If you prefer to pay with PayPal, click the PayPal button.
  5. You will be directed to the Customer Information page, where you will be asked to enter:
    • Email address
    • Full name
    • Shipping address

  6. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side and click “Apply” to activate your discount.
  7. Click “Continue to Shipping Method”. Please double-check that your delivery address is correct (if different from your billing address). When ready, click “Continue to Payment Method”.
  8. Enter your payment details. You may indicate if your shipping and billing addresses are the same.
  9. Once completed, click “Complete Order”. You will see an order summary and on-screen confirmation, and a second confirmation will be sent to your email.

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?


For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@tummyspark.com. Include your order number and provide proof (image file size under 1MB). We will reship the correct item at no extra cost. You may keep the incorrectly sent item as a gift from us.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?


You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and purchase details.

I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?


Order modifications are permitted on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. To request changes, contact us at service@tummyspark.com.

How do I add items to my cart?


To add items to your cart:

  1. Go to the product page you wish to purchase and select your preferences.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be taken to your Shopping Cart page.
  3. Enter your desired quantity in the “Quantity” field next to the product image.
  4. You may continue shopping or proceed to complete your order.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?


To view your cart contents, click the cart icon at the top of the website. From there, you may adjust quantities or remove items.

How do I remove items from my cart?


Click the cart icon in the upper-right corner to view your cart. Find the item you want to remove and click the “Remove” link below the quantity. The item will be deleted and the page will refresh automatically.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?


Click the cart icon in the upper-right corner to view your cart. Locate the “Quantity” field for the item you want to update and enter your desired number. The quantity and total price will update automatically.

What are your payment options?


We accept four major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I make payments using PayPal?


PayPal offers a simple and secure way to pay online. After adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, click the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete your payment securely.

How do I use a discount code?


To use a discount code:

  1. Select your items and click the green “Checkout” button.
  2. Fill in your information on the Customer Information page.
  3. Locate the “Discount” field on the upper right of the page.
  4. Enter your code and click “Apply”. Verify that the discount appears in your order summary.

What is your return & exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?
